English and Britain people is very polite, maybe they are the most polite people in the World. They prefer to use formal greetings, like Good morning than hello or hi, and they always say “How are you?” or “How do you do?”, after of Hello, hi… but in other countries people only say hello, hi, no more, for example, Australian and Americans people are more relax than English people when introduce somebody or when they are greeting.
